Our free monthly meditation classes are offered both online and in person. The class will have a similar format each time, allowing beginners to easily join in and experienced meditators to deepen their practice and experience of Embodiment.

Class will include a breathing meditation, a body awareness meditation, and one of the two primary practices (Attunement to Fundamental Consciousness or Core Breath).  The Attunement and Core Breath practices are based on the Realization Process, where I’ve done my meditation training.

Class Format: whether online or in person, the classes will follow a similar format each month.

  • A short breathing meditation to open class and settle into the space
  • A longer awareness of body and space meditation
  • A ~20 minute Realization Process Meditation

After each practice we’ll pause for questions and sharing.  This has been a valuable part of classes and brings depth and variety to each class.  Insights from both beginners and experienced meditators have enriched the experience for everyone there.

Online classes are typically the last Wednesday of the month.  In Person classes are typically the last Thursday of the month.  You can check times and register on the Event Page.
