At 9,466ft, Miller Peak stands as the tallest mountain in the Huachuca range. Miller Peak Wilderness area is known for its deep canyons, sheer cliffs, and expansive views of the desert grasslands of the southern US and into Mexico. This is a Sky Island hike you don’t want to miss!
This challenging hike climbs and descends 3000+ft over the course of 10 miles. To create a safe and enjoyable experience for our hikers you must be in good physical condition. It is recommended that you have completed a day hike of at least 5 miles and 1600ft of elevation gain within the last three months and/or have previous experience with longer summit hikes.
