Energy Meditations offer a novel, interactive way to develop a felt sense of how we carry ourselves energetically. This “energy” shifts and changes throughout the day with our thoughts and interactions. You can read a more thorough description on our blog post.

Energy Meditations
Energy Meditations are customized guided meditations and body awareness practices. You and your facilitator will discuss your intentions before the meditation. Then they will guide you through a kinesthetic meditation exercise, helping you to experience your body’s energetic responses to your intentions. These powerful sessions can help you feel and listen to your body’s intelligence. It can also bring awareness to how this may reinforce or differ from the perceptions of your thinking mind.
Experience these sessions along with a Craniosacral Therapy session, as part of a Craniosacral Therapy Intensive, or as a standalone practice.

What is Energy?
The “Energy” we refer to is a form of communication. There is a felt sense to how we carry ourselves energetically. This energy shifts and changes with our thoughts, emotions, and interactions with other people and the environment.
We can develop this felt sense with practice. Doing so deepens our own self-awareness, compassion, and provides a unique insight into our interactions with others.
