Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy
You’ll receive one on one attention during your entire physical therapy appointment. During the first visit, we’ll cover a variety of questions, perform movement, strength, and functional testing, and create a treatment plan to meet your specific needs and goals.
Carrie is a physical therapist and also has extensive training and education in exercise physiology, manual therapy techniques, energy work, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, coaching, and meditation teaching. Her unique background blends intuition and science to help you get to the root cause of your pain to understand it and work through it from the source.
Each treatment session is tailored to you. A typical session will include manual therapy, exercise instruction, and other modalities as appropriate. The exercise instruction is for review and to teach new exercises. Each client will receive video instruction to help them perform appropriate exercises at home between sessions.
